Responsibilities
- Manage CMS platforms, localization workflows, authoring tools, and product content release systems to ensure secure, scalable, and dependable operations.
- Implement Agile frameworks and Azure DevOps practices, integrating AI-powered development tools to enhance planning, delivery transparency, engineering efficiency, code integrity, and release management.
- Lead the design, evolution, and maintenance of advanced content management, database, and cloud infrastructure solutions, including enterprise SQL Server and Microsoft Azure strategies, architecture, and cloud transition initiatives.
- Establish technical vision and align cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, content, localization, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure coordinated project execution.
- Orchestrate Azure cloud migration and modernization efforts, from initial assessment and preparation through go-live and post-migration performance optimization.
- Define and enforce operational standards covering system availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, patch management, access controls, incident response, and environment stability.
- Enforce security protocols for applications, databases, and Azure environments, including identity management, data encryption, audit compliance, vulnerability resolution, and policy adherence.
- Advance automation across deployments, system maintenance, monitoring, environment setup, operational reporting, and release validation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Supervise offshore development resources and global database administration teams, ensuring aligned priorities, technical coherence, delivery ownership, capability growth, and 24/7 operational coverage.
- Address technical constraints, resolve conflicting requirements, and mitigate risks while ensuring completion of design documentation, technical reviews, operational runbooks, and release sign-off materials.
- Develop and track project timelines, resource plans, cost forecasts, and capital budgets, ensuring adherence to approved scope, schedule, and financial parameters.
- Identify and pursue technical advancements, innovation opportunities, and intellectual property creation, managing IP submissions in line with corporate policies.
