Responsibilities
- Champion user-focused design across all digital products
- Lead UX/UI design for complex features and new initiatives
- Establish product and design specifications and convert them into clear user flows
- Create detailed, high-fidelity interface designs and interactions
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation
- Manage and enhance the design system to support consistency and scalability
- Conduct user research and interviews to guide product direction
- Transform user and business insights into actionable requirements and use cases
- Build interactive prototypes to test and refine design concepts
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and adapt to all devices and browsers
- Address complex user challenges with intuitive, usable solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align goals and outcomes
- Communicate and refine design decisions using data and user feedback
- Lead and contribute to design reviews, offering constructive feedback throughout development
