Visit.org is hiring a Product Designer UX/UI (Remote- based in EMEA)

Responsibilities

  • Champion user-focused design across all digital products
  • Lead UX/UI design for complex features and new initiatives
  • Establish product and design specifications and convert them into clear user flows
  • Create detailed, high-fidelity interface designs and interactions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation
  • Manage and enhance the design system to support consistency and scalability
  • Conduct user research and interviews to guide product direction
  • Transform user and business insights into actionable requirements and use cases
  • Build interactive prototypes to test and refine design concepts
  • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and adapt to all devices and browsers
  • Address complex user challenges with intuitive, usable solutions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align goals and outcomes
  • Communicate and refine design decisions using data and user feedback
  • Lead and contribute to design reviews, offering constructive feedback throughout development
