WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to co-create design solutions

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Contract duration: approximately 6 months, starting immediately
- Expected weekly commitment: 40 hours
- Eligible for an assignment completion bonus upon successful fulfillment of the full term
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience in UX or product design, including a minimum of one year on a growth team focused on onboarding, account creation, purchasing, or educational flows
- Strong interest in exploring emerging technologies, particularly AI
- Demonstrated alignment with company values
- Permanent authorization to work in the US is required
- Submission of a design portfolio is mandatory for consideration
ADDED BONUSES
- Experience in content design or UX writing
- Background in graphic or illustration design
- Prior collaboration with marketing or brand teams
- Proven ability to create reusable UX patterns, principles, or frameworks adopted by other teams
- Clear understanding of what makes AI-driven experiences feel trustworthy, transparent, or ineffective
