Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for one or more product domains, guiding ideas from initial concept through to final implementation.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define challenges and develop high-quality user experience solutions.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journey maps, and refined user interface designs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Run usability tests, collect user feedback, and rapidly refine designs based on insights.
- Help build and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and support scalable product growth.
- Champion user-centered design by ensuring user needs guide all design decisions.
