Responsibilities
- Develop modular design solutions that support multiple features and products instead of isolated, single-use interfaces
- Apply service design principles to deliver seamless user journeys across onboarding, product interaction, and customer support
- Iterate on existing UI elements to enhance consistency, ease of use, and accessibility throughout the platform
- Leverage advanced Figma capabilities to design, organize, and communicate intricate product experiences
- Develop and manage scalable design components, variations, and interactive behaviors for cross-team use
- Produce detailed prototypes to test user flows, interactions, and system logic with stakeholders and users
- Prepare finalized designs for development using Figma Dev Mode, clear annotations, and version tracking
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to fine-tune component functionality and ensure accurate design execution
- Conduct mixed-method user research including interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to guide product direction
- Convert research outcomes into practical insights that shape feature prioritization and design strategy
- Lead collaborative workshops across disciplines to align teams around common goals
- Guide design review sessions and offer constructive feedback to elevate system-level thinking and design quality
- Advocate for inclusive design by conducting accessibility evaluations and demonstrating industry best practices
- Ensure all designs meet baseline WCAG and regulatory compliance requirements
