Join a remote team as a Product Designer/Engineer focused on bringing ideas to life through precise 3D modeling and prototyping. Your primary responsibility will be transforming conceptual designs into detailed, production-ready models using CAD software and preparing them for 3D printing.
What You'll Do
- Design, iterate, and optimize 3D models with a focus on functionality and manufacturability
- Use CAD tools to develop accurate, print-ready files with attention to structural integrity and precision
- Leverage Blender for modeling, visualizations, and simple animations to support design validation
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine concepts into viable product designs
- Ensure all prototypes meet technical requirements before printing and testing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and prototyping
- Strong technical ability in CAD software for creating and refining complex models
- Familiarity with 3D printing workflows, including file preparation and print validation
