Responsibilities
- Partner with team members to conceptualize and develop new product features.
- Engage with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution.
- Collect and analyze functional and user requirements.
- Investigate the technological and user-driven motivations behind product releases.
- Develop a thorough grasp of the challenges the product aims to address.
- Organize information architecture and build interactive prototypes.
- Design clear user flows and interactions that simplify complex data structures, including both individual components and multi-page experiences.
- Maintain rigorous attention to visual and functional detail, aiming for pixel-perfect outcomes.
- Collaborate with expert UI engineers to implement designs created in Figma.
- Establish and uphold high standards for design excellence.
- Contribute to a strong, evolving design culture.
- Enhance and extend the organization's visual language, component library, accessibility standards, design system, and design workflows.
