Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Maintain consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Translate user needs into functional design solutions
- Participate in design critiques and team discussions
- Document design patterns and contribute to design systems
- Support the end-to-end design process from concept to launch
- Advocate for user-centered design principles
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or digital design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
- Understanding of UX principles and design systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with agile development environments
- Comfortable iterating designs based on feedback
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile design
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for B2B or enterprise software
- Background in human-computer interaction or related field
- Experience with front-end development concepts
- Exposure to user research methodologies
- Understanding of data-driven design decisions
