Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to develop solutions that deliver measurable business results.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs, including coding end-to-end prototypes when it accelerates validation.
- Integrate AI-powered coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a fundamental part of the design-to-development workflow.
- Write and deploy full-stack code using technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS or Python to enable rapid prototyping and occasional production releases.
- Function effectively in a development environment using git, local development setups, code reviews, and direct collaboration with engineers.
- Plan and carry out user research and usability tests to guide design decisions with real user insights.
- Help maintain and evolve a unified, accessible design system across the product.
- Work in person from the San Francisco office a minimum of four days each week to support close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
