Responsibilities
- Support product teams in shaping strategy by identifying growth opportunities, assessing potential impact, and providing data-backed recommendations
- Partner with leadership, business units, and researchers to develop and test hypotheses using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Develop and manage dashboards, analytical reports, and forecasts tied to key performance indicators
- Process and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and conduct root-cause investigations
- Work alongside product managers to design, run, and evaluate experiments including A/B testing for new features
- Conduct customer segmentation to identify user behaviors and key engagement drivers
- Design, manage, and enhance the analytics infrastructure across multiple platforms involved in processing patient payments for medical appointments

Part of a 300-person team within Engineering, Data, and Product functions; operates across a global company of over 2,500 employees. The Payments unit is embedded within two independent product teams.
