Shape the future of industrial operations by helping refine a cloud-based SaaS platform that transforms how maintenance and asset management are delivered. In this role, you’ll work across product, engineering, and customer success to ensure features align with real user needs and business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with product and development teams to define, prioritize, and manage backlog items using GitHub and Jira.
- Support sprint planning and delivery by tracking progress and aligning technical and business objectives.
- Lead and contribute to discovery sessions using design thinking to uncover user challenges and opportunities.
- Turn customer feedback and stakeholder input into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to test and refine solutions through iterative feedback loops.
- Monitor product performance and adoption using analytics tools like Datadog, SQL Server, and Databricks.
- Support User Acceptance Testing with customer success teams to validate feature effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed product documentation, release notes, and change logs for traceability.
- Communicate sprint goals, delivery status, and release timelines to internal stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze post-release feedback to guide future improvements and backlog refinement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced development cycles.
- Hands-on familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Miro.
- Proficiency in data analysis using SQL Server, Datadog, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience applying design thinking to user research and problem-solving.
- Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with API-driven architectures, mobile delivery, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Databricks.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud environments.
Nice to Have
- Background in asset management, maintenance systems, or industrial software.
- Agile or business analysis certifications (e.g., CSPO, CBAP).
- Experience working with QA teams and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to REST APIs, SQL, or system integration patterns.
- Work history in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments.
