Woodard & Curran is hiring a Procurement Specialist 2 to join our Finance department. This full-time, remote role is focused on executing sourcing and purchasing strategies to support our operations.
What You'll Do
- Execute sourcing strategies for goods and services, managing the end-to-end procurement process.
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing role.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and negotiation tactics.
- Ability to analyze data, manage supplier performance, and drive cost efficiencies.
