Alstom is hiring a Procurement Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Support buyers with daily procurement operations tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, supply chain, project units, and finance
  • Ensure accurate documentation and management of procurement data
  • Enter and maintain quotations and price lists in the system
  • Analyze procurement requests and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date and correct material information records
  • Assist buyers with on-demand procurement support activities

Team

Collaborative environment involving procurement, supply chain, project teams, and finance units

Responsibilities

  • Aiding the buyers in their day-to-day tasks related to procurement operations.
  • Working closely with teams across the business (particularly the procurement and supply chain/project core teams – procurement teams on site and remote, financial team)
  • Managing the correct recording of the quotations and much more.
  • Recording quotations and pricelists in the system, analysing demands and maintaining an updated and correct info record for the different materials, but also aiding the buyers with ad hoc procurement related tasks.
