Wolf & Company is hiring a Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Wolf’s vendor contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and related vendor agreements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and contract-related inquiries across the firm
  • Lead contract negotiation, execution, amendments, and renewals in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation
  • Proactively track contract terms and renewal dates to support timely planning and decision-making
  • Establish and manage renewal reminders and workflows to prevent auto-renewals and unfavorable contract extensions
  • Lead negotiations for renewals, pricing adjustments, and updated terms in alignment with firm priorities
  • Balance cost control, service quality, and risk when evaluating renewal and negotiation outcomes
  • Review contractual terms and conditions prior to execution to ensure alignment with firm requirements; and work to set up and standardize those requirements
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to identify and address contractual risks
  • Ensure the firm does not enter non-conforming contracts (e.g., revenue-sharing, percentage-of-revenue, or similar fee-based arrangements) without required approvals
  • Evaluate contracts for compliance with firm policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory obligations
  • Maintain visibility into key contract provisions, including pricing, service levels, termination rights, data security, and confidentiality terms
  • Review and improve processes currently in place to monitor vendor and internal adherence to contractual obligations
  • Identify, document, and escalate non-compliance or performance issues as appropriate
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Facilities, Operations, and other teams on vendor selection, onboarding, and contract optimization
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement standards, contract requirements, and risk considerations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, improve contract standardization, and enhance vendor oversight
  • Build and maintain relationships with Wolf’s Client & Corporate Services leaders to ensure current and future vendor needs are met in a coordinated and streamlined way (e.g., following Information Services architecture guidance)
