Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and client leadership to understand hiring requirements and advise on effective recruitment strategies
- Design and implement innovative sourcing approaches to identify hard-to-find, high-demand talent using referrals, outreach, and networking
- Maintain a dual focus on cultivating long-term candidate relationships and delivering qualified applicants for urgent roles
- Identify and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of candidate pipelines
- Conduct global talent mapping to pinpoint key geographic sourcing regions
- Propose and refine sourcing methodologies, including process improvements and adoption of new techniques
- Deliver a distinctive and positive candidate journey that sets the organization apart
