Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and manage key project and production activities independently and in collaboration with production leaders.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions for client issues, process enhancements, invoice adjustments, and delivery confirmations.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and production teams to implement project strategies effectively.
- Set personal work priorities to align with business objectives and deadlines.
- Oversee high-visibility, large-scale, or technically complex client accounts.
- Guide entry-level staff through quality checks, knowledge transfer, and demonstration of best practices.
- Verify and input job specifications into production systems and schedule workflows accordingly.
- Support pre-sales efforts by advising clients on production capabilities and job requirements.
- Assist sales teams in estimating costs and timelines by referencing pricing guides and coordinating with operations.
- Collaborate with sales and clients on kitting, warehousing, and distribution logistics as needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of project details to prepare accurate and timely billing documentation.
- Determine required materials and paper supplies for jobs, including sourcing components from vendors.
- Support sales during the request for proposal (RFP) process with production insights.
- Handle copy preparation or content formatting for client deliverables when necessary.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently handle 10 to 25 pounds, and constantly exert minimal force to move objects.
- Train and assist new and current team members in assigned functions.
- Work beyond standard hours when required by production demands.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and contribute to special initiatives as directed.
