Responsibilities
- Lead the design and strategic direction of Wi-Fi software for global consumer products used by most Starlink customers
- Diagnose and enhance performance at the kernel level of operating systems
- Work closely with radio frequency and electrical engineering teams to refine software and hardware testing protocols
- Guide and develop software engineering talent while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture
- Enhance the efficiency and reliability of Wi-Fi mesh networking capabilities
- Develop innovative tools to support frequent, stable software releases, automated testing, and data-driven insights within CI/CD systems
