Responsibilities

- Manage dependencies across distributed engineering teams
- Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability for program goals
- Support the development of roadmaps and long-term planning cycles
- Champion process improvements to increase delivery efficiency
- Coordinate escalation paths for critical project blockers
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of program status and decisions
- Promote consistent use of program management frameworks
- Evaluate program outcomes against business and technical objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Foster collaboration between remote and on-site team members

- Lead post-mortems and retrospectives for major initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Support onboarding of new team members into active programs
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects
