About the Role

- Monitor program health using metrics and key performance indicators
- Escalate risks and resolve blockers to maintain schedule integrity
- Facilitate decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals
- Drive process improvements across program management practices
- Communicate status updates to executive leadership
- Manage change control processes for program-level adjustments
- Support the development of long-term technical roadmaps
- Coordinate with QA, operations, and support teams for smooth deployments
- Lead post-mortem reviews and capture lessons learned
- Mentor junior program managers and promote best practices
- Integrate security and compliance requirements into program planning
- Work closely with architecture teams to ensure scalability and reliability
- Balance innovation velocity with technical debt management
- Drive alignment across geographically distributed teams
- Utilize data to inform trade-offs and prioritization decisions
- Ensure customer requirements are reflected in technical deliverables
- Champion agile and lean methodologies across programs
