Responsibilities
- Lead technical development across multiple domains of the avionics platform, including systems, software, tools, and hardware components.
- Coordinate and guide activities across interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Analyze and interpret system and subsystem requirements for clarity and completeness.
- Conduct safety assessments to identify risks and ensure compliance with aviation standards.
- Break down high-level requirements into actionable, lower-level specifications.
- Design integrated systems and software architectures to meet functional and performance goals.
- Oversee the integration of software and hardware components within the system framework.
- Validate and verify system and software functionality through structured testing processes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather input and communicate technical solutions.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and technical execution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources across engineering teams.
