About the Role

This position leads the design, development, and deployment of integrated enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals through technical leadership and hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and implementation of system integration solutions across enterprise platforms
  • Design and deploy scalable Python-based services for data exchange and workflow automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and technical specifications
  • Ensure integration patterns follow security, compliance, and data governance standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system interoperability issues
  • Develop and maintain APIs for connecting disparate systems and databases
  • Evaluate and recommend integration tools, frameworks, and middleware
  • Mentor junior engineers in best practices for system design and coding standards
  • Oversee testing strategies including integration, performance, and security validation
  • Document system designs, data flows, and integration protocols
  • Support incident response and system reliability for integrated platforms
  • Participate in agile planning and sprint execution for integration projects
  • Monitor production environments for performance bottlenecks and failures
  • Implement monitoring and alerting for integration workflows
  • Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in integration architectures
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and technical needs
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
  • Manage technical debt and lifecycle of integration components
  • Stay current with emerging integration technologies and industry trends
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for system connectivity
  • Support data migration and transformation initiatives
  • Enforce secure coding practices in integration development
  • Contribute to system scalability and disaster recovery planning
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and tooling
