- Contribute to codebases with a focus on maintainability and performance
- Lead post-mortem analyses to improve system resilience
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure system health and team effectiveness
- Support the evolution of engineering standards and development workflows
- Participate in strategic planning for platform scalability and security
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
- Optimize deployment pipelines for speed and reliability
- Champion automation across operational and development processes
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure code quality at scale
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through documentation and internal presentations
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with minimal supervision
- Work within agile frameworks to deliver iterative improvements
- Promote observability and monitoring best practices
- Integrate security principles into system design and deployment
- Collaborate on disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Support on-call rotations with a focus on rapid resolution

Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar platforms

- Experience in building observability tooling
- Background in network protocol design or implementation

- Exposure to edge computing or distributed data systems
- Familiarity with formal systems design methodologies
