Responsibilities
- Perform detailed discovery and map data flows within customer environments, both on-site and remotely.
- Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations to executives, developers, database administrators, IT security teams, and other technical or business stakeholders.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, support RFI/RFP processes, and verify customer requirements through direct technical involvement.
- Design, deploy, and configure software solutions aligned with specific customer needs and infrastructure setups.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs and project plans using standardized documentation formats.
- Work closely with sales, partners, and services teams to ensure technical efforts support customer objectives.
- Guide and train junior engineers and services staff while advancing personal expertise through certifications and continuous learning in data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Utilize cloud labs on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to test features, support real-world customer use cases, and maintain accurate records in CRM and presales systems.
