- Provide technical leadership, strategy, and direction for engineering initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a principal or lead engineer in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, distributed systems
- Deep expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills with a focus on team development
