Responsibilities
- Design and oversee scalable, well-architected systems that support new business initiatives.
- Evaluate current systems and infrastructure to identify architectural improvements, reduce redundancy, and enhance performance and resilience.
- Detect recurring issues causing incidents or operational overhead and develop strategies to resolve them.
- Lead initiatives to increase system reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Enhance software development workflows, including design reviews, testing, deployment processes, and incident response.
- Perform in-depth architectural reviews and guide key engineers across multiple service teams.
- Help cultivate a high-performance engineering culture within the Retail division.
- Collaborate across teams to support company-wide goals, even when tasks extend beyond core responsibilities.
