Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow customer engagements for German-speaking markets, serving as the primary leader and strategic advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will direct delivery teams, align stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes using the Now Create methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the delivery team, setting clear objectives and maintaining alignment with the customer’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with sales, partners, and client teams to assess needs, identify challenges, and define value drivers.
- Apply structured implementation practices from the Now Create framework to accelerate time-to-value and support long-term success.
- Serve as the central liaison between internal teams, partners, and the customer to ensure transparent communication and consensus on solutions.
- Define and manage governance processes that track scope, schedule, budget, and business outcomes.
- Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
- Coach team members—both internal and partner resources—to strengthen performance and drive successful delivery.
- Monitor progress against plans, identify variances, and lead corrective actions.
- Support sales efforts by providing implementation expertise during pre-sales phases.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an engagement or project manager in enterprise platform implementations, particularly with ServiceNow or comparable systems. Fluency in German is essential for client interaction and delivery oversight.
