Responsibilities

  • Lead or manage multiple intricate projects that demand creative investigative methods
  • Produce detailed technical reports documenting scientific findings
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews on technical work completed by others
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with current clients and sustain strong client relationships
  • Oversee a team responsible for gathering field data and executing environmental sampling programs
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to early-career professionals
  • Directly supervise up to eight staff members

Work Arrangement

Hybrid role requiring three days per week in office locations in Davis or Sacramento, California, with two days remote

Team

Collaborative team of over 270 professionals including engineers, scientists, and geologists
