Responsibilities
- Lead or manage multiple intricate projects that demand creative investigative methods
- Produce detailed technical reports documenting scientific findings
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews on technical work completed by others
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with current clients and sustain strong client relationships
- Oversee a team responsible for gathering field data and executing environmental sampling programs
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to early-career professionals
- Directly supervise up to eight staff members

Hybrid role requiring three days per week in office locations in Davis or Sacramento, California, with two days remote
