Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to identify client requirements and develop tailored presentations, demos, and proof-of-value initiatives that emphasize platform differentiation.
- Conduct technical discovery calls to assess customer challenges, objectives, and infrastructure needs, ensuring solution fit.
- Design custom solutions using the full breadth of product capabilities to meet specific client use cases.
- Deliver engaging, in-depth product demonstrations remotely or in person, focused on solving critical business issues.
- Lead proof-of-concept deployments and pilot programs to validate technical compatibility and showcase measurable return on investment.
- Offer expert-level technical insights on integrations, APIs, security, scalability, and system performance.
- Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and similar requests by highlighting technical strengths and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align product development with market demands and user feedback.
- Maintain expertise in industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform internal and external discussions.
