You will take full ownership of project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk, guiding cross-functional teams through every development phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project planning, defining clear milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource requirements in collaboration with engineering, test, validation, quality, and operations teams.
- Ensure disciplined execution by establishing task ownership, monitoring progress, and preventing scope drift while adapting to evolving technical and business needs.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, developing mitigation strategies and corrective actions to maintain project resilience.
- Manage change requests by evaluating impacts on schedule, cost, and deliverables, securing stakeholder approvals, and ensuring transparent communication of outcomes.
- Serve as the central point of contact across the organization, aligning diverse stakeholders and resolving conflicts to maintain momentum and clarity.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience leading multi-site semiconductor development projects, particularly in analog and mixed-signal ICs, from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design, testing, and validation workflows, with the ability to coordinate deliverables across technical disciplines.
- Experience managing compliance with automotive functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 and quality frameworks like IATF 16949.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies with a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
