Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and industry standards.
- Develop target state architectures, transition plans, and budgeted roadmaps while defining and maintaining architectural governance and design oversight.
- Guide clients on improving finance processes, designing operating models, and applying Oracle best practices to achieve tangible business results.
- Direct cross-functional workstreams including functional design, data management, integration, and reporting to ensure unified end-to-end delivery.
- Own the design of integration solutions using tools like OIC and APIs, data migration approaches, and reporting structures, ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate workshops, gather and refine requirements, and present solution options to senior business and technology decision-makers, including executive leadership.
- Collaborate with regional and global units to create market-ready offerings, support sales proposals, conduct demonstrations, and build value-based business justifications.
- Mentor team members, promote high-performance behaviors, and lead ongoing improvements through post-implementation optimization efforts.
