Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and ongoing management of documentation for the Nuclear Safety Management System, such as policies, frameworks, procedures, and technical standards.
- Ensure all Nuclear Safety Management System deliverables meet applicable regulatory, industry, and international safety standards.
- Design governance models, accountability structures, and assurance approaches to strengthen nuclear oversight.
- Provide expert guidance on nuclear safety culture, compliance initiatives, and efforts to enhance performance over time.
- Assist in preparing for audits, interfacing with regulators, and building tools to verify compliance and assurance.
- Evaluate and validate the accuracy, coherence, and technical soundness of safety and governance documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, quality, risk, and programme areas to advance governance quality.
