Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced analytical models to diagnose performance issues and identify growth pathways
- Develop intuitive dashboards and automated reporting systems that enhance organizational decision-making
- Conduct root cause analyses to resolve operational inefficiencies and improve service delivery
- Deliver insights through compelling narratives tailored to executive and non-technical audiences
- Assess return on investment and resource trade-offs to guide strategic planning and capital allocation
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, tracking financial health, productivity, and cost trends

Qualifications & Skills
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, with 8–10 years in analytics, data science, consulting, or strategy roles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, mentoring analysts, and communicating insights to senior leadership is expected.
Strong skills in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and process improvement frameworks are critical. Candidates must show attention to detail, ethical judgment, and resilience in fast-moving environments. Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning are key to success.
Preferred Background
Experience in healthcare, payment integrity, or software industries is highly valued. Certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or project management are advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
