About the Role
The role involves leading the development and execution of growth marketing initiatives to accelerate user acquisition, conversion, and long-term engagement. This person will leverage analytics, automation, and customer insights to build scalable campaigns and optimize the full marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of growth marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Develop scalable acquisition funnels using paid, organic, and referral tactics
- Use data to identify high-opportunity growth levers and prioritize experiments
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate growth features
- Manage A/B testing programs for messaging, landing pages, and user flows
- Analyze customer behavior to refine targeting and personalization strategies
- Optimize conversion rates across onboarding, activation, and retention stages
- Oversee performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer lifetime value
- Partner with content and creative teams to produce compelling assets
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging growth channels
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product-led growth mechanisms
- Mentor junior marketing team members and share best practices
- Align growth strategy with overall business objectives and market positioning
