Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance on power system model development and maintenance to support system planning, connection studies, operational analysis, and real-time applications.
- Contribute specialized technical knowledge to internal and external working groups, advisory forums, and collaborative initiatives, including leading technical investigations and reviewing draft reports.
- Lead small to medium-scale projects independently while guiding and developing junior technical staff.
- Drive improvements in enterprise-wide power system modeling practices, including tool utilization, model quality assurance, and the modernization of modeling workflows to meet evolving business and stakeholder needs.
- Maintain and update internal standards, documentation, and procedural guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in technical operations.
