Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy and system architecture for firmware components spanning controllers, platforms, and integrated systems.
- Make strategic firmware build choices to balance performance, power efficiency, latency, reliability, and long-term maintainability across product families.
- Lead technical evaluations, shape development standards, and define best practices for firmware design, testing, and validation processes.
- Design, implement, and refine embedded firmware using C/C++, low-level programming techniques, and custom scripting or tools as required.
- Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis of issues involving interactions between firmware, hardware, and system-level functions using lab tools and software diagnostics.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00 - $318,000.00 per year.
