Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of embedded software for automotive-grade MCU platforms, focusing on system-level optimization and real-time performance.
- Advise strategic customers on integration strategies, offering technical guidance to ensure successful deployment of embedded solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to align firmware development with system requirements, ensuring robustness and interoperability.
- Deliver training and technical support to field engineers, sales teams, partners, and customers to accelerate adoption and problem resolution.
- Drive innovation by prototyping new concepts and validating them through automated and system-level testing methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and application teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
You bring a strong foundation in electrical engineering or a related discipline, with over eight years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, particularly in automotive environments. Your expertise spans low-level programming in C, real-time operating systems, and hardware abstraction layers.
You are proficient in automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet, and have practical experience debugging with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. You understand board-level design principles and have a proven ability to translate technical requirements into reliable, high-performance solutions.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will represent technical concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative, international settings and are motivated to lead projects from concept to completion.
Work Environment
