Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic technical goals.
- Design and implement robust, production-ready ML models and automated systems that power key business functionalities.
- Build and maintain full-cycle ML pipelines, covering data ingestion, feature development, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous retraining.
- Create scalable ML and AI architectures that enhance system performance and reliability within cloud-based distributed environments.
- Examine large-scale cybersecurity data to uncover opportunities for improving detection, classification, and automation capabilities.
- Transform ML insights into practical product improvements through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and advocate for industry-standard practices in ML development, model operations, and data integrity.
- Guide and support technical team members to elevate code quality and accelerate project delivery.
- Lead communication of complex technical outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting a documentation-first environment.
