As a Principal Consultant in AI Infrastructure Services, you will direct the Program Office for high-impact client engagements, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale AI initiatives. Your role centers on establishing robust program governance, driving delivery quality, and guaranteeing that projects meet strict timelines, budgets, and client expectations across global, multi-cloud landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement program management frameworks, including quality assurance processes, to maintain consistency and excellence in deliverables.
- Supervise a portfolio of critical projects, guiding project managers to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes that satisfy clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage risk, issues, actions, and changes (RAID) while maintaining transparent status reporting to executive leadership on both sides.
- Serve as the primary liaison for executive communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across sales, delivery teams, and customer leadership.
- Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and build trusted advisor relationships that deepen client engagement and long-term partnership.
Qualifications
You bring over 15 years of progressive leadership in project and program management within complex IT environments. You have a proven ability to navigate matrixed, global organizations and lead distributed teams through high-pressure transformations. Expertise in delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, and business problem-solving is essential. You are a resilient communicator, capable of engaging audiences at all levels, and willing to travel during key delivery phases. Fluency in Norwegian is preferred.
