Responsibilities
- Work across departments with stakeholders, experts, users, and leadership to gather and document business needs and ensure accurate translation into service solutions.
- Bridge business requirements and technical development by converting user stories into actionable technical specifications and advising during development to meet customer goals.
- Assess emerging products, services, and changing business needs to recommend improvements by evaluating business processes, systems, and industry standards.
- Conduct advanced analysis using interpretive reasoning to identify problems, create innovative solutions, and guide strategic decisions.
- Analyze trends and evaluate service and program performance across categories and sub-categories to detect risks, opportunities, and data improvement areas.
- Gain in-depth understanding of user groups, data sources, integrations, and how different departments use required functionalities.
- Analyze data flows, integrations, and the cross-functional impact of changes for assigned services.
- Develop and update process documentation, including current and future state workflows, to support new program launches and ongoing operational improvements.
- Partner with internal training and readiness teams to ensure new features are accurately documented and reflected in learning materials.
- Design detailed test plans with clear, measurable criteria to validate functionality.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities in all aspects of the role.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
