About the Role
You will shape the long-term technical strategy for core decisioning and conversion modeling systems, aligning cross-team efforts to ensure models consider downstream impacts, marketplace dynamics, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Establish the technical roadmap for interconnected offer decisioning across partnerships, continuous systems, and marketplace-wide optimization
- Develop and oversee modeling strategies that optimize decisions across the full customer journey, not just isolated stages
- Ensure stage-specific models and policies incorporate downstream effects, business limitations, and future optimization possibilities
- Create clear interfaces between decision engines and components handling optimization or constraint definitions
- Lead technical alignment across teams managing related but fragmented system components
- Lead complex, open-ended projects requiring advanced modeling insight and systems-level reasoning
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to turn analytical findings into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Guide cross-domain initiatives toward a cohesive decisioning architecture and unified strategy
- Directly contribute to implementation through model prototyping, code reviews, and supporting deployment into live environments
