Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, run, and service various press machinery
- Complete all pre-production setup tasks related to the specific press, including mounting plates or fitting cylinders, inspecting for defects, verifying image alignment, preparing blankets, and fine-tuning tension and registration
- Adjust color settings and press parameters before and during production to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards
- Carry out cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance on press equipment, conduct minor repairs, and replace damaged or worn components as necessary
- Provide training and guidance to other employees as required
Compensation
Night shift includes a $3.00 per hour premium
