Responsibilities
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs
- Translate customer security needs into tailored solution designs
- Provide technical clarification during procurement and evaluation phases
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and trials
- Articulate product differentiators in competitive scenarios
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats and trends
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials
- Engage in technical discussions with IT and security stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and solution capabilities
- Participate in industry events and webinars
- Work closely with post-sales teams for smooth handoffs
- Stay current on competitor offerings and market positioning
- Contribute to training sessions for partners and clients
