About the Role

Shape the future of financial technology sales by leading solution design and strategic client engagement. In this role, you'll act as the technical and strategic anchor for sales initiatives, translating complex client requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design customized functional and technical proposals that align with client goals and highlight core value drivers.
  • Present architecture plans and strategic insights directly to senior decision-makers, including executive-level audiences.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across technical, compliance, security, and commercial teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive responses.
  • Drive accountability and progress throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with established governance and bidding standards.
  • Maintain consistency and precision in all pre-sales deliverables, from concept to submission.

What We're Looking For

You bring proven experience in solution consulting within financial technology or enterprise software environments. Your background includes designing solutions, managing parallel workstreams, and engaging stakeholders across levels.

  • Deep familiarity with banking products and services, plus strong knowledge of relevant technology offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill technical complexity into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • A strategic thinker who also takes initiative in execution and problem-solving.
