Responsibilities
- Lead and standardize intricate sales initiatives across North America in coordination with regional remote and field sales personnel.
- Provide end-to-end support for automation solution sales, including post-sale follow-up for products such as Pyrotec pro.
- Execute global software deployment initiatives and assist in validation efforts for emerging methodologies like recombinant factor C.
- Align sales procedures across regions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce sales cycle duration.
- Design and conduct on-site training sessions and offer on-site assistance during validation and routine testing phases.
- Deliver market intelligence on customer needs, industry trends, and service improvements to internal leadership and key stakeholders.
- Orchestrate internal support resources to ensure timely and effective responses to customer requirements.
- Present the bioscience product portfolio and core value proposition to clients while building deep technical and regulatory knowledge.
- Serve as a collaborative leader in cross-functional teams to create sustained value for colleagues and customers.
- Educate remote and field sales staff on advanced sales processes to strengthen their technical understanding and effectiveness.
- Accurately log daily activities and customer interactions in the CRM system without delay.
