Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Representative to provide high-quality support to our Portuguese-speaking client base. You will relocate to Greece with a comprehensive, company-paid relocation package.
What You'll Do
- Deliver customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed professionally.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat.
- Learn and navigate client systems to provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
