We're looking for a Portuguese (Brazil – Priority) Content Assistant to support the development and organization of educational material. You'll be responsible for reviewing visual and media elements—such as images and YouTube videos—for clarity and correctness, ensuring each component aligns with set quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transfer content and data into Google Classroom using structured forms.
- Review multimedia components to confirm they meet formatting and instructional standards.
- Check the structure and accuracy of questions and learning activities.
- Maintain consistent quality across all assigned tasks.
- Complete approximately one question and two video reviews every 15 minutes.
- Meet daily output goals, averaging around 20 questions per day, depending on task complexity.
Qualifications
You should have a solid command of English and be comfortable navigating online platforms, especially Google Workspace tools. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential, as is a meticulous approach to following step-by-step processes.
Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is strongly preferred. Candidates with advanced Portuguese skills who can effectively use translation tools like ChatGPT may also be considered.

Compensation & Work Structure
Compensation is based on task completion, with each unit (one question plus related media) taking roughly 15 minutes. Daily workload centers around completing approximately 20 questions, with volume subject to minor fluctuations.
