Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers speaking Polish and Czech, managing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and resolving complaints.
- Organize and oversee repair and maintenance timelines in coordination with dealerships and service providers.
- Ensure effective and continuous communication among customers, service departments, and internal teams.
- Track service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Reach out to customers after service delivery to assess satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
- Refer complex or unresolved service issues to appropriate internal teams for further action.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
- Record all customer interactions, service histories, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to propose service improvements based on customer input.
