Responsibilities

  • Provide podiatry care to residents of senior care facilities
  • Perform diabetic foot care
  • Conduct fall risk assessments and implement interventions
  • Recommend pressure alleviation strategies
  • Treat venous, pressure, and traumatic wounds and ulcers
  • Address heel, ankle, and foot pain
  • Perform toenail clipping, debridement, and removal
  • Deliver routine nail and foot care
