Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing systems, define migration boundaries, and align source data with target Teamcenter structures.
- Clean, reconcile, and verify data to maintain precision and uniformity across platforms.
- Execute full-cycle data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading from legacy PLM, PDM, and ERP systems.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technical colleagues to enable efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and account management teams on potential client engagements.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant updates to internal stakeholders in alignment with project milestones and communication plans.
- Define the project context, key outcomes, and engagement approach.
- Design and manage assigned project tasks and ensure delivery within designated work streams.
- Supply precise and prompt updates to technical leads or project managers as needed.
- Assist in producing required project documentation according to established project management standards.
- Ensure successful completion of quality checks and phase transition reviews.
- Lead post-implementation reviews with delivery teams to document and disseminate lessons learned.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing efforts through documentation and peer feedback.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry advancements.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices in the field and apply them in daily work.
- Support the refinement of internal processes and deliverables to enhance implementation success.
- Demonstrate a player-coach mindset with a commitment to guiding and developing junior consultants.
