Side was looking for a Player support KR/JP/EN: Remote/ Night shift

Side is looking for a Player Support Specialist fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English to join our service operations. This is a remote, night shift position supporting players 365 days a year in a dynamic, video games focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support player service operations including evaluating, monitoring, analyzing results, and implementing changes.
  • Perform language translation and proofreading between Korean, Japanese, and English.
  • Respond to and support player issues via chat and email, including handling password resets.

What We're Looking For

  • Native proficiency in Korean.
  • Business level proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • 0-3 years of customer support experience.
  • Passionate about the video game industry.
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service via email and chat.
  • Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective.
  • Capable of analyzing and solving information accurately and swiftly within guidelines.
  • Possesses a team player mentality.

Nice to Have

  • Customer service and/or video game, travel support, help desk, technical support experience within an email contact center environment.
